First go to this site like screenr.com,or www.screencast-o-matic.com.
then click on yellow button on that site.
Then allow java plugin to run that you see on upper part of screen.
Then you will see recorder will appear there then see red button on bottom of recorder.
click on button then your recording will start.
After finish click on done and to save video sign in and click on publish it will take 2-3 minute to publish on Facebook, blog , YouTube etc and you can download this video also.
