How Hiding Recycle Bin Icon

For window 7 and vista users 

 Right-click on the window screen or dekstop
Click on the Personalize option .
In the Personalize appearance and sounds window , click on the Change desktop icons link on the left-hand side.
Uncheck the Recycle Bin box.
we are done.

For XP users 

Firstly we have to download a software.
Download Windows TweakUI.
Install Windows TweakUI
when you open TweakUI then click on the Desktop link coming on the left side.
In the Desktop section , uncheck the Recycle Bin box
Click Ok.
Recycle bin is gone.
